The Wrightworks Audit

$5,000. Two weeks. Guaranteed.

In two weeks we map where your team’s hours actually go and hand back an ROI-ranked roadmap — every automation costed, ranked, and dated — with one working automation already installed before we leave. Running software, not a slide deck.

01 / What you get

Five deliverables. Every one of them yours to keep.

  1. 01

    Process map

Where the team's hours actually go. We follow the real workflow — not the org chart — and find the manual work hiding inside it.

  2. 02

    ROI-ranked automation roadmap

Every opportunity costed: build cost, hours saved per year, dollar value, and a payback date. Ranked, so you know exactly what to do first.

  3. 03

    Build-vs-buy verdicts

An honest call on each line item — including “buy this off-the-shelf, don’t pay us” where a tool already solves it. The roadmap says buy when buy is right.

  4. 04

    One working automation, installed

We pick a narrow quick-win in week 1 and ship it in week 2 — running software left behind in your environment, not a slide deck.

  5. 05

    Executive walkthrough

Findings presented live to your team: the map, the roadmap, the numbers, and the working automation. You leave knowing exactly what you’re looking at.

02 / The two weeks

What happens, week by week.

Week 1

Map & select

  • Process mapping across the workflows that eat your team’s time
  • Interviews with the people who do the work
  • Quick-win selection — the one automation we install during the audit
Week 2

Cost & deliver

  • Roadmap costing — build cost, hours saved, dollar value, payback per item
  • Quick-win build, installed and running in your environment
  • Executive walkthrough — findings and software presented live

03 / The guarantee

The guarantee.

If we take on your audit and the roadmap doesn’t surface at least $50,000 a year in automatable labor cost — ten times the fee — you don’t pay.

We confirm there’s real automatable work on a short fit call before we start. So this is a promise we keep, not a gamble — we don’t run audits we don’t believe in.

By “automatable labor cost” we mean the figure we publish in the roadmap itself — automatable hours × fully-loaded labor rate (base salary × 1.3). If the roadmap’s recoverable total comes in under $50,000 a year, the audit is free.

04 / Credit terms

The fee credits toward your build.

The audit isn’t a sunk cost. If you build from the roadmap, it counts against what you pay. Builds under $10,000 don’t carry the credit — stated plainly, no silent gap.

Build of $20,000 or more
100%
The entire $5,000 audit fee credits toward the build.
Build of $10,000 to $20,000
50%
$2,500 credits toward the build.

05 / Questions

Before you book.

How do we know we're a fit?

We start with a short fit call to confirm there’s real automatable work before we begin — if there isn’t, we’ll tell you, and you’ve spent nothing. We only run audits we’re confident in, which is exactly why the guarantee holds.

What do you need from us?

A few hours from the people who actually do the work, read access to the systems involved, and a point of contact who can unblock us. That’s it — we do the heavy lifting around your schedule, not the other way around.

What if we're too small?

If you’re under roughly twenty people, the math may not clear the guarantee yet — and we’ll tell you that on the fit call rather than take the fee. Start with the free Analyzer or a teardown; if there’s real automatable work, the audit pays for itself, and if there isn’t, you’ve lost nothing.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We’ll sign yours, or provide ours if you’d rather. We work with least-privilege access — only the systems a given workflow touches — and can work inside your environment instead of ours when that’s the right call.

What happens after the audit?

You own the roadmap and the working automation outright, whether or not you build anything else with us. If you do, your $5,000 audit fee credits toward your build — in full on builds of $20,000 or more, half on builds between $10,000 and $20,000. Builds under $10,000 don’t carry the credit, so there’s no silent gap.
